the russian
revolution
This committee took place at the end of April 1918, following the Bolshevik seizure of power and the collapse of Russia’s previous governments. Russia remains deeply divided politically, socially, and militarily, with the Bolsheviks facing growing opposition from various political and military factions. Delegates will portray prominent figures involved in the struggle over Russia’s future, each with their own political goals, alliances, and interests. As a crisis committee, delegates will respond to rapidly changing events, negotiate with other factions, form alliances, and make decisions that could shape the course of the Russian Civil War and determine the future of the country.
